Jadyn T.S. Marks is a mid-level associate at Pines Federal. During law school, Jadyn pursued protections for whistleblowers in both the public and private sectors, interning at Government Accountability Project in Washington, DC, and at a private law firm representing private sector whistleblowers. These experiences sparked her interest in federal employment law, and she began her career in the field with a focus on representation of whistleblowers facing retaliation for making protected disclosures regarding, fraud, waste, or abuse in the federal government. She has since expanded her practice to assist federal employees facing discrimination, harassment, and/or adverse actions at two firms based in the DC area. Jadyn is passionate about advocating on behalf of employees and helping them achieve their goals.
Jadyn attended The George Washington University Law School, where she was a member of the Mock Trial and Alternative Dispute Resolution Skills Boards. She also worked as a student-attorney for the Vaccine Injury Litigation Clinic and was the Musical Director of the schoolās a cappella group, the Promissory Notes. Jadyn is based in Oregon and in her free time enjoys walking along the Amazon Creek with her dog, cooking, and creative writing.
