Justin possesses a wide breadth of federal employment knowledge. Justin served as a Judicial Intern at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and later put that experience to work writing final agency decisions for cases involving federal employment discrimination.

Justin is a client-centered attorney who loves to litigate and is always on call (except Saturdays). A creative attorney with a street fighter attitude, Justin leaves no avenues unexplored while trying to get his clients the best possible results.

Attorney Justin Schnitzer is admitted to the State Bar of Maryland.

When not litigating, Justin is mediating disputes…between his five children.
