As the Supervising Litigation Attorney at Pines Federal, Amanda has solely practiced federal employment law over the past decade while focusing on litigation and resolving complex federal employment labor disputes. Amanda brings a unique blend of hard-nosed litigation success with compassion and creativity that leads to extremely positive outcomes for her clients either through victory at hearing or through settlement. Representing employees at EEO Hearings, MSPB Hearings, Title 38 DAB, Federal Employee Labor Arbitration Hearings, Amanda is regularly involved in litigating claims and has a history of extremely successful outcomes for her clients resulting in hundreds of thousands of dollars recovered for her clients. Most importantly, Amanda focuses on the big picture and works hard to make sure that the client has an honest and real assessment of the likelihood of success for their claims.

Amanda received her Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University and pursued her undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont. Amanda began her career serving as a law clerk and working at Legal Aid, gaining invaluable experience and insights into the intricacies of the legal system. After such time, Amanda began her career as a litigator, representing clients in state court, appellate court and federal court throughout the State of New York. Amanda has spent the majority of her career in both trial and appellant practice.

Recognized for her exceptional abilities, Amanda swiftly ascended the ranks to become a top attorney, supervisor, and mentor. As a supervisor, she demonstrated outstanding leadership, overseeing a team of 18 attorneys with finesse and expertise. Her prowess in the legal arena caught the attention of Pines Federal, leading her to relocate to Houston to join the firm as a Supervising Attorney and head litigator.
