Gavriel E. Toso

Pines Federal welcomed Gavriel E. Toso to their main office in Houston, Texas as a Law Clerk in 2012. This experience proved invaluable in forging the foundations of his litigation style and subject matter expertise. Now, as an attorney practicing in Federal Employment Law, Mr. Toso has worked extensively in matters involving EEO discrimination cases, Merit System Protections Board appeals, and Federal Workers Compensation cases under FECA. He has also successfully assisted clients with their Federal Disability applications before the Office of Personnel Management, and Whistleblower cases before the Office of Special Counsel.
Mr. Toso never fails to go above and beyond for federal employees and works to ensure they are informed throughout the process. Balancing his skills to negotiate a proper settlement with the tenacity needed to defend clients from aggressive Agencies, Mr. Toso stops at nothing to deliver the very best for his clients.
Mr. Toso earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Houston Law Center, and his Bachelors in Talmudic Law and Jurisprudence from Ner Israel Rabbinical College in 2011. He is admitted the State Bar of Texas and is a member if the American Bar Association.
In his free time, Mr. Toso, a dedicated family man, enjoys spending time with his wife and four children and serving his community. To that end, he serves on the Board of the Young Israel of Houston as well as chair of its’ Youth Committee, and gives of his time to draft Last Wills and Testaments, Powers of Attorneys, Medical Powers of Attorneys, and other important end-of-life documents for those who would otherwise be unable to obtain them.
